I was purchased from a backyard breeder and my owner had intended to get my ears cropped and use me as a breeding dog to make money. Of course my ears were never cropped and he quickly lost interest in me. One day he decided to leave his wife and well he left me behind too!

I had lived outside all my life and when my owner left his wife, she did not want to care for me including feeding me. After a week or so she decided to drop me off at HHGDR. I did not know what to think about being inside and being given 3 meals a day, but I sure did love it!!

I asked Grandma if I could have a family with either small children or small dogs because the other Danes are big and really scare me.

Well I got my wish and a wonderful family came and adopted not only me but also Demi & Susie.

Okay not so small but still perfect!!
