My owner brought me to the rescue when he realized that a Great Dane was not the breed for him. He had purchased me just weeks earlier from a man who was moving and no longer wanted me. When my owner did research on his computer to what my proper care should be he decided that I needed to go somewhere I could receive that care.

I am about 15 pounds underweight so it will be a while before I am ready for adoption!!

I was heartworm tested and tested positive so it will be quite a while before I am ready for adoption.

Update February 23: I have had my first round of heartworm treatment and other then feeling a bit crumby for a couple of days it was not too bad! Next month I will get the 2nd round of treatment, Grandma says that the next is easy, I sure hope so!!

Update April 23: I am now ready for adoption!! I am heartworm free and have gained my weight! I am a very sweet and loving girl and I would love a forever home.

Please can you spare a few dollars to help the Rescue continue to help me and other Danes like me it would be greatly  appreciated. Without the rescue who knows where I would have ended up!!
