I was found roaming the busy streets of Columbus wearing a Prong also known as a Pinch collar. The nice people at the Shelter took it off of me and boy was I glad!! Every time I got it caught on something it dug into my neck. Needless to say my owners did not come for me nor did they even call to see if I was okay. Harlequin Haven came for me as soon as my stray time was up and they even gave me a nice soft nylon collar to wear!! I only weighted 89 pounds when I arrived at the shelter a week ago and I have already gained 10 pounds my new Grandma says another 10 pounds and I will be at my perfect weight till I grow again! My owners gave me one heck of a first Christmas!!

Update January 17: Well I grew so I am still gaining weight but Grandma says that since I am a happy and healthy girl I can start looking for my forever home! Grandma says that I still need to learn to play gently with humans but otherwise I am a great girl!

Please can you spare a few dollars to help the Rescue continue to help me and other Danes like me? It would be greatly  appreciated. Without the Rescue who knows where we would have ended up!!
